How To Make: Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Watch as I make some cookies. I was wanting both peanut butter and chocolate, I didn't want to go to the store, so I made these

 See how they turned out;

Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, and sugars together, Then beat in the eggs.

2. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; stir the mixture into the butter mixture. Then put the dough in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

3. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and put on baking sheets. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a crisscross pattern.

4. Then bake in a preheated oven at 375° F oven for about 10 minutes or until cookies begin to brown.

5. Let cool for 30 minutes on a cooling rack, then enjoy.
