How-to make Hawaiian Macaroni Salad


I personally love Hawaiian Macaroni salad, and I do not like many macaroni salads in the first place. I usually feel like the pasta is overcooked usually and way too much mayonnaise usually. In this I will show you how I make mine, this is a perfect side for grilled chicken or just about anything, even cold sandwiches.




While this is easy to make you do need a couple of things, a big appetite is a good start, I find it hard to just stop eating it. 

Ingredients 

16 Oz Elbow macaroni
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 carrots shredded
1/4 C. shredded onion
2 1/2 C. mayonnaise
1/4 C. milk
2 tsp. sugar
salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cook macaroni according to package.

2. Drain well and place in a large bowl.

3. Add vinegar, shredded carrots, shredded onion, mayonnaise, milk, and sugar.

4. Stir until the pasta is evenly coated.

5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, stir before serving.
